Decathlon

Decathlon’s key objective with this project was to reduce delivery times to the shortest possible. Capacity and efficiency were greatly improved by construction of the new mezzanine flooring system along with Mecalux quality shelving. This increased the space available by 32,425m² , and crucially increased the productivity of pick tasks.

Over 1,900 shelving units at 2.5m high increased storage of different SKUs of various sizes and rotations by 35,000. Picking these products was made easier by the direct access enabled by our storage design, meaning Decathlon can provide a more efficient service for customers.
