Leading hardware and building supplies manufacturer Rothley are a West Midlands based firm who expanded to new premises in August 2021. A complete electrical refit and lighting system was required, as well as extensive additions to the existing fire alarm system. As with most new base-build projects, landlord areas needed to be adapted and added to, thus ensuring that fire detection extended into the warehouse areas.
We worked in conjunction with leading UK fire safety company Protec to develop a high-quality fire safety system for this new warehouse. This included the design and implementation of high-level laser detection system, creating a safer environment for staff and ensuring the protection of goods. The new system was tested and signed off as L2 compliant as per the client's requirements.
